I would highly recommend Kondo Ko. Property Management. I remember my challenges facing looking for tenant for almost 6mos until i found Aleris and her team and let them manage my condo unit. They are well experienced and expert in this field she will give advice to make ur unit attractive in the market and other legal aspects. She also have a lot of connection so she keeps me updated in condo investment. The team as well are polite, knowledgeable, easy to communicate and professionals. Keep it up.

Im a freelance agent who always hopes to transact with trusted co-agents, unit owners and a reputable property management & business consultancy. As an agent, our priority is to provide client satisfaction so that it will build a good partnership and generate referrals. Its my first time to transact a condo unit under a property management, Kondoko. I was hesitant at first, but I gave it a try. It was one of the best decisions I made.
